Gold Coast Commercial Office Building

The Gold Coast Commercial Building Project involved the acquisition of a freehold commercial building in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. The project owners have plans for further redevelopment with the goal of obtaining a material change of use of the premises.

Having initially sourced the site, I presented it to the project owners and negotiated directly with the landowner on their behalf. I worked with the financier and lawyers to manage the acquisition process from term sheet, legal contracts and the transfer of title.

I have assisted with the redevelopment plans and third party consultants that have been brought on to seek a material change of use approval for he property.
